The School of Exploratory Studies at UNIST is a dedicated academic organization designed to help all freshmen transition smoothly into their new university environment. We empower students to take the initiative in exploring their passions, actively selecting their majors, and thoughtfully designing a career path that realizes their dreams.
By organically integrating common foundational studies, liberal arts education, major exploration, and introductory research programs, we provide a comprehensive and cohesive educational experience. From the very moment they arrive on campus, students are encouraged to broaden their horizons, discover their genuine interests, and cultivate a deep belief in their own boundless potential and possibilities.
